The Italian version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

These terms govern access to and use of the giuradoc.it website. Browsing the website implies acceptance of them. Purchases of sworn translations are also governed by the General terms and conditions of sale.

Access to the website

Access is open and free of charge, apart from the cost of your internet connection. Some features (placing an order, uploading documents, viewing your history) may require you to create an account; you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Proper use

You undertake to use the website lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to:

  • upload documents to which you have no rights or which were obtained unlawfully;
  • post unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • tamper with, probe or overload the website, or attempt to access restricted areas;
  • systematically extract the published content or reuse it for commercial purposes.

Documents provided by the user

You warrant that you are entitled to send the documents you upload and to request their translation. Files are handled confidentially and are accessed only by the staff who need to and by the translator assigned to your file.

Availability

The owner endeavours to keep the website continuously accessible, but may interrupt the service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond its control, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Intellectual property

The content of the website belongs to the owner or to third parties who have authorised its use. Access to the website does not confer any rights over it.

Changes to these terms

The owner may amend these terms to reflect regulatory or functional changes. The version published on the website at the time of access applies.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law as regards consumers habitually resident in Italy. Complaints may be sent to info@giuradoc.it.
